Godell has that chick helping him with domestic abuse cases. Jerry Jones got in her face at some point about this. I don't see this appeal doing anything. They're gonna have to go to court.
I'm wondering if Goodell has some "big" evidence that we don't know about and if Jerry appeals it will come out and be REALLY damaging to Zeke and the Cowturds. That might be the only reason they wouldn't appeal.

But even with that said, this is just wrong. Elliott is suspended for something that was disputed by multiple witnesses. Ray Rice gets 2 games for knocking out his girlfriend on the elevator. Josh Brown spent years beating his wife and got 1 game. But Zeke gets 6 games for doing something that has been dismissed over and over again. Solid logic.
I agree. As much as I hate the Cowboys.

There is very little chance Goodell has some sort of evidence that not a single news outlet or police report have too.

This is all over the place. Suspend his ass for Niners game. But I'm guessing NFL has some type of evidence they see as proof. I bet pulling out them titties on St Patty's day hurt him

That would make sense. The NFL only cares about covering their ass. Im sure they thought, and more importantly, planned for appeals and lawsuits. I'm guessing they'll bring up more evedince during the appeal hearing, and threaten the cowboys with releasing said evedince if they go to court.

It says he was suspended for violating the personal conduct policy....not specifically the assault. If you follow his rap sheet he's publicly been in trouble at least 4 times since that assault the most recent was another bar incident last month. What I think is shameful is the fact that a 2nd year player with a track record as long as his thinks they have some kind of power over the NFL. If Brady couldn't get out of it over deflated footballs there is no chance Elliott gets off.

If you are a true 49ers fan this is good news. No need to bring logic or rational thought here or complaining about Goodel or the NFL. You are required to hate the Cowboys and be glad when something does not go their way... not the other way around.

I'm not the one you asked but I don't expect to win more games than we lose. But if the full suspension stands we do have a better chance of beating the cowgirls. Shanahan running what resembles a competent NFL offense against a still crappy cowgirl D along with our significantly improved D. Should have a decent chance.

I think the Cowboys D got much better this offseason. Lewis and Awuzie will help the secondary. Jaylon Smith if healthy could beast it. I wasn't high on Taco but it's a pass rusher not suspended so that's a plus.
