Jeff George had the best pure arm. As strong as Elway's arm was, George was just as good but with a shorter motion. It was just unreal how he made some throws.

Marino? Best quick release point ever. As quick as Philip Rivers but a stronger arm. Not the pure cannon of George though.

I wonder what he could have become if he hadn't had oatmeal for brains.

For me, it was Elway...particularly when he was young, he had a bazooka. I remember his receivers wringing their hands after he threw them the ball. He could also air it out (80 yds).

If we are just talking about just arm strength I have no doubt jamarcus was at least top 5. He could throw 60 yards on his knees.
