It is LA and the league wants it to be a big time draw so their cap dollars spent is multiplied by .60 against their cap

the only one i am really pist off about is DHop. DJ sucks, Adams is bioatch, JJ was good till he is a hurt... again... and Von.. we'll see. He is hurt right now tho
