Tomsula inherited a very difficult situation, but that alone doesn't mean he deserves to keep his job.
What have you seen from coach Tomsula that makes you feel he has upside?
Try to stick to the positives. There are plenty of places to discuss the negatives.

He has shown me nothing. Absolutely nothing. The fact that he was so relaxed and happy after getting lucky to beat the Bears shows me that this guy is not head coach material.
