Hmmmm - no way they go with just 8 on OL, so I'd expect either Skov or Bellore to get waived and Tiller to be promoted.

The 49ers have traded C Nick Easton to the Vikings for LB Gerald Hodges, source said.

What in the hell.
The rat in the building must be drunk right now.

Apparently got Hodges for Easton and a 6th. (EDIT: Fixed trade details)

He's heading Easton
Obviously personally changes are coming. Expecting us to possibly move Wilhoite and cut/bench Devey while moving up Tiller.

Move whilhoite?
So.... can anyone answer how the conditional pick we sent to Baltimore works now that we traded him to Minnesota? Is it still based on the playtime they give him?
Does this mean Easton sucks again? He went from All-Pro to All-bad without even playing one snap for the 9ers.

Nah. It means they like Kilgore's progress to return in Week 7, likely have Tiller in mind to step up to the 53, and were able to get Hodges (a possible future ILB starter) for what amounts to a 6th and a conditional pick.

I would feel much better about Staley-Boone-Martin-Tiller-Pears. Even just one guy on the right getting replaced would be a help.

Easton was acquired from the Ravens right before final cuts. He didn't play a single snap for the 49ers.
