Hello Stoney,

Since you are a smug, dips**t, no-life webzone mod who seems to think you are the arbiter of all things 49ers and Terrell owens, Jordan Taber has issued you a challenge to debate in real time.

If you remember, a few weeks ago on webzone you were going on bizarre anti-T.O. rants, citing a play against the redskins where he didn't high five Garcia for an end around touchdown(you stupidly claimed it was an underneath throw).

So if you have the balls, and can take some time to put the bong away(OMG WEED LOL IM SO KEWL) for a few minutes, we'd love to have you on the show to see just how tough you are in real time. Jordan would also like to point out your hilarious defense of Colin Kaepernick, who was outplayed by Lame Gabbert and the 2nd worst starting QB in the league behind Peyton Manning.

We'd like to do the show around 10 AM pacific but we know you TOTALLY SMOKE SO MUCH WEED LOL and maybe that's a bit too early.
Look forward to your response,

Team Owens.

That never even happened, you stupid little twit. You don't have a freak'n clue.

And your writing style is appalling. There are literally 5-year-olds who type better than you. Have you heard of capitalization and paragraphs, you pathetic little retard?

"The HOF is an award given to an individual player in a team sport acknowledging his performance and impact on the game. A couple ways to look at this: 1) the impact the player had on games 2) the impact a player had on his team 3) how Fame - ous was the player being that this is a Hall of Fame - ous players? TO had the most positive impact on games I've seen of a WR aside from Rice or Moss. TO ultimately can be said from a team perspective to have had a negative impact on several teams as a result of his behavior. TO was probably as Fame - ous as any WR to ever play this game. People paid just to see him play. Fans and the media sought him everywhere he went and he produced on the field unlike but two others to play the game. He delivered on the field yet he lacked in the lockerroom."

Does this sound like someone who "lacked in the locker room?:

"If there was no negative impact made on a team by him, why did 4 teams get rid of him? If what you are saying is true, there would be zero reason for any team to part with him. How do you explain this?"

Who were these 4 teams that got rid of him, you pathetic pothead dweeb?

Using your logic, every single player in NFL history had a negative impact on his team. Nobody plays on a team forever.

So let's go through this again, even though you're a worthless stoner who can't even tie his own shoes:

Owens played on the 49ers for 8 years. EIGHT. He signed a 7 year contract in 1999 for a then-record $7.5 million signing bonus. In the off-season following the 2002 season, Owens's agent, David Joseph, met with Terry Donahue to discuss a contract extension, as Owens's contract had a void clause after the 2003 season to become a free agent. Since the 49ers had little cap space and considered Julian Peterson to be the priority free agent (because he was considered the best player on the team at the time..."he played 6 different positions against Dallas!"...he's only 25, Owens is 30), and Peterson was represented by the Postons, who were notorious for making outrageous salary demands...and rumors were Peterson could command a $30 million signing bonus...the 49ers didn't have the cap space to pay Owens what he was looking for and decided to let him play out the 2003 season and see what happened in the off-season.

Now, if he was such a problem player, omg, needz to get rid of him....why didn't they trade him before or during the 2003 season? They knew he was probably going to leave via free agency after the season and they'd get nothing in return...and yet they kept him.

The off-season arrived and Owens signed the paperwork to void his contract and hit free agency, but his agent missed the deadline, which had been moved up thanks to the new collective bargaining agreement (and Owens's agent said he was never notified). Upon learning he was still under contract with the 49ers, Owens and Joseph requested a trade.

This was AFTER the 49ers had already cut JEFF GARCIA. Owens was technically on the team longer than Garcia. The 49ers also released Garrison Hearst, Ron Stone, and Derrick Deese, and allowed Tai Streets and Jed Weaver to leave via free agency uncontested. That's 7 offensive starters in total.

But this was about the "problems" Owens caused, right? It couldn't have been the salary cap and the desire to rebuild.

No, the 49ers just thought they'd be better off without Terrell Owens. Better off to the tune of freak'n 2-14 that next season. Because they totally thought that 2004 team was going to be good.

This is what I'm referring to when I talk about "revisionist history." NOBODY was claiming the 49ers WANTED to get rid of Owens at the time. NOBODY. This is a revised narrative that people applied after the 2005 Eagles debacle.

So now we move on to Philadelphia.

First of all, Owens and the Eagles were in the middle of a contract dispute. Owens wanted them to renegotiate his deal because he felt he was being paid below market value, having signed his contract under duress while trying to beat out the ruling from the grievance hearing as the Eagles/49ers/Ravens were working out a settlement and the Eagles insisted Owens agree to terms on a new contract before they'd pull the trigger.

Secondly, Andy Reid told Owens he would remain on the team and avoid missing even a single game if he simply adhered to his request that he apologize privately to McNabb and stand up in front of the team and explain how his interview with Graham Bensinger was misconstrued, in addition to apologizing publicly to the organization for criticizing the PR department for not acknowledging his 100th career TD reception.

It was only when Owens failed to meet two of those three requests that Reid suspended him. Owens was let go for perceived insubordination, not for "having a negative impact on the team." If it was for having a negative impact on the team, Reid would not have presented that deal; he would have just suspended him on the spot.

But Reid isn't an idiot. Reid knew the Eagles were better off with Owens than without him. He was on pace for over 1700 yards. They went 4-3 with him and 2-7 without him that year. But Owens (and by proxy, the Eagles) faced the kind of media barrage that only two other human beings have ever been in the middle of: O.J. Simpson in 1994 and Charlie Sheen in 2011.

The combination of Owens being upset with the Eagles' front office for not renegotiating his contract, and the outrageous media coverage Owens got in which they created the false claim that he had been publicly critical of McNabb (and in reality, HE HADN'T) wore on the Eagles.

Then Owens went to Dallas. They had an option to let him go after the 2006 season. They didn't. They picked up his option.

Then he played the 2007 season, and in the off-season, Jerry Jones gave him a contract extension.

So far, that's twice that the Cowboys show how much they want Owens.

Then Owens had a down year and turned 35. The Cowboys panicked in the middle of the season at Owens's lack of production and traded a 1st and 3rd round pick for Roy Williams and paid him #1 wide receiver money. The Cowboys missed the playoffs and Jones decided to move on from an Owens they perceived as declining after reviewing the film in an effort to get their money's worth out of Williams.

Then the Bills signed Owens to a 1 year deal. He played out the year, had a lousy performance, and Chan Gailey publicly stated that in reviewing the film, he thought Owens had hit a wall. The Bills were a bad team and not interested in keeping a 36-year-old receiver they thought was in serious decline at the expense of the development of their younger receivers on the roster.

Then the Bengals signed Owens to a 1 year deal. He played out the year, but the Bengals went 4-12 and had a lousy year overall on offense. Towards the end of the year, he tore his meniscus , which ended his season. He was 37. Carson Palmer told the Bengals he was retiring unless they traded him, and the Bengals opted to rebuild on offense.

Then in 2012, with Owens going on 39 years old, the Seahawks gave him a chance in camp/preseason, only for him to drop a bunch of balls and not make the roster.

The End.

By the way, I'm not the one who messaged you on reddit, but it's hilarious how you think seeing the same username on reddit and realizing it's you makes me a "stalker."

Seriously, I worry for TOs safety. Ed Werder is gonna be reporting one of these days how TO has been missing for a couple of days. My bet would be he's gonna be "putting the lotion on the skin" in Wild Tarber's basement pit. Anyone that obsessed with another dude, has issues and should seek help.

I would have no problem going on this pathetic podcast or whatever the hell it is, but I don't want to expose my phone number to this maniac. Next thing I know dude is sitting outside my window at night jacking off with a TO bobble head in his hand.
