This defense cannot realistically stop any mobile QB from scoring. It's like defending Lebron James. Its impossible. To beat these teams, the offense just needs to score more, plain and simple.
I bet you this defense will look a lot better versus Sam Darnold and Daniel Jones. But it doesnt really mean anything. All the Superbowl contenders will have a dual threat.
Pretty much agree. A mobile QB is virtually impossible to stop. You can slow them down, but it takes the entire team to win against them. In other words, totally agree that the offense has a big part to play in defeating mobile QB's. You have to outscore offenses like dual threat QB offenses. I really want Kyle to re-think the kind of QB that operates his offense. Nothing against Jimmy, but I'm thinking if we can get a strong armed mobile QB at the 3rd position instead of BeatHard, I think that would be one move I'd agree with.

Kap was able to take the 49ers into the super bowl. When he lost his receivers, because of crap Baalke drafts, he was toast. Wilson, Kyler, and Steve YOung were unstoppable when they were operating the offense. I know, I saw Steve pull out a 50+ TD run against a number 1 defense, same with these two midgets in the NFC west. You can only slow them down, but you can't stop them completely. The offense, when facing these two midgets **have** to produce points and TD's or the defense gets tired and starts to collapse at the end of games.
