Just for the potential cheap shot of Russell Wilson alone would be worth it.

Not serious

I would think it would depend on whether AA was lined up inside or outside. He played a little more outside but would have been more likely to be double teamed inside. Anyway, we'll find out how much he is missed next season. If Jones can come in and play like he was last season, the loss might not be that great.

Like NC said all 10 of his sacks came from between the tackles

I love Nick

We can't replace the man. But I ask fans, can we replace the production as a front 7?

The last two years we've given up identical 1,800 yards rushing, 4.5 ypc and with the addition of Bosa and Ford and AA's development, went from 36 (Buck had 12) sacks to 48 (Buck had 7.5).

For those of you who think this loss is huge, what are your projections now on those 3 projection metrics?

Own it here.

Suh. Like the talent, hate the player. I'd like McCoy but I think he might cost too much.

Of all those players listed, AA probably had the most snaps at DTackle of that group, which is more susceptible to being double teamed, which is why he leads that group in being doubled. I think a more appropriate chart would compare only snaps at DT.

On I agree. PFF had him labeled as a DE (for whatever reason) there is no DT chart with him (that I can find). Like NC stated all 10 of his sacks can from between the tackles.

Here is the DT chart

No clue who that dude is, he copy/pasted it from Neil Hornsby who is the CEO of PFF.

AA already ready to beast once again.
I think it is really hard to take the AA resign and not bundle it with the Buckner loss, and I get it, but if you can manage to do it, this is a really good signing. We invested a lot of time, money and energy in guys like AA and Ward and now that they have finally reached their potential, letting them go is foolish.

^^ Good to see he's moved up from ping pong balls to medicine balls.
I think I see ping pong balls in his hands in the first part of that clip.

It looks like a baseball. I'd imagine if he held a ping pong ball his hands would completely engulf it. anyway, lol.

Your thoughts on him full time at 3tech? His getoff good enough?
