The Seahawks will win a lot of games. That's obvious. The question is how good are we? I have no idea. Nobody does. We're a huge question mark. We could win the division or we could win 4 games. I don't have a clue at this point.

Hoping this turns out like Percy Harvin, give up a first then get rid of him after a season or his injuries hamper him.

It's happening!?!

Lol jk, but Jimmy and the Hawks defense did not get along

How many more Percy trades do the Seahawks need?

Then again maybe the Percy trade wasn't that bad.

Yeah sure he didn't play most of 2013-2014 but when he did, he was key and help cement that SB win (taking away ANY CHANCE for momentum building for the Broncos in the second half).

And perhaps if the Percy trade didn't happen in 2014-2015 the team never finds their way back into the SB (despite the loss).

anyway, coulda woulda shoulda. I'm hoping the Seahawks FO learned enough from the Percy trade that this won't be Percy 2.0

Hahhahahahaah

Ha

Hahahah.

After 20-min group interview with TE Jimmy Graham, if he was hurt/irked/disappointed about coming to #Seahawks, he hid it well.

Jimmy Graham says he knows No. 80 is hanging in rafters retired at CenturyLink Field (Largent). "Clearly 80's done for me." Says maybe 88.

He knows more then 99% of the 2012 1-2 A&M aggies.

Anyone know the over-under on Wilton's Hail Mary percentage next season?

Will be interesting to see (if they actually calculate it )

Interesting to note some of the big pass plays to pass attempts ratios for last season . . .
RW 27/452 (9th and 19 respectively), while Brees was 29/659 (1st and 6th resectively)
Looks like both Hoyer (27/438) and Kaepernick (26/478) had nice ratios as well.

Its cute that Seattle saw fit to retire Jerry Rice's number in honor of being the GOAT. Largent can say its for him, but we all know the truth.

Not only that, they did it NINE years before JR retired!

But for all the 1-2's that say Schneider is a drafting genius and they sure do know how to build thru the draft but keeps trading away 1st round picks? I just don't get it?

If the Cawks are such great drafting experts, trade a 1st for 2 2nds or however that works out.

They just keep giving 1st away. "Most" GM's could trade 1st away but don't.doesnt that tell u something?

I guess the CAwks are showing the rest of the league how it's done, or creating a new way to do it that is cutting edge.

When's the last time the Pats or GB or Steelers or Ravens have traded a 1st. Let's look at who has and where those teams rank.

Well the hawks first round picks are basically 2nd rounders... your act like the trade away a top 15 pick every year. Obviously not the case.

unsure how they can pay for him and try to sign wilson to a mega deal but whatever,,, actually i know you have to keep an eye on the division but really i am more concerned about our team and our team recovering from last years fiasco as compared to what others do

This trade for me was great news. The Seahawks are throwing all of their chips in and as you noted this could really hamper them salary cap wise. Seeds of their own destruction. This trade reminds me of the Harvin trade and the amount whimpering from the always stoic niner fans is about the same.

lol, listen its ok to dream about this being reality, but I suggest you actually look at the hawks cap numbers and projections. They did not bet the house on grahm, they can easily afford him .
Graham is a strange looking dude under normal circumstances. Now imagine him in those pukey looking Hawk uni's

Waiting the 9 years wouldve just been a formality. He was retired number legend before 1995.

It is kind of weird that you retired Tom Brady's number though...

And here all this time I thought it was for Sam Adkins ;-)
