Lol at the 10 pages of Niner fans trying to convince themselves this isn't a good pickup for Seattle.

Even more than that of Seahawks fans trying to convince themselves that a week ago they didn't still think that Jimmy Graham was "soft" because the LOB said so.

I'd be willing to bet the house that all of those guys in the locker room that were talking sh*t about him before wasted no time hopping on his nuts after the trade. As did the fans.

Sherman is a great player but not much of a fighter. I think everybody knows this by now.

Can't forget Sherman loves to talk too. Even the superbowl his lol 24 hand gestures cause the ref picked record out of the play. Then the family the famous rant to Crabtree!

Calling Gronk the best TE to ever play the game at this stage of his career is like calling Demarco Murray the best RB to ever play the game. It goes without saying that Gronk is a physically gifted beast but he has only played 4 and a half seasons in the NFL. To be the greatest of all time, a player must not only have the dominant talent and yearly stats but also must sustain the high level of production over their entire career.

In short, it is far too early to make the claim that Gronk is the GOAT.

Also, do yourself a favor and look at the career stats of Sharpe, Gonzalez, and Gates. Incredible statistics sustained over long careers. I admit Gronks stats over his 4 and half years are beastly.

We can continue this conversation in about 6-8 more years.

i wouldn't call him GOAT, but he is without question the most dominant TE to ever play the game.

when gronk gets going he does not get stopped. period.

jerry rice is the greatest PLAYER this sport has ever see, but I believe Randy Moss was the most DOMINANT in his prime (which do to being a lazy f**k who didnt give a s**t did not last long)

not sure gronk will have the longevity of say gonzalez, but if i'm looking at one season, taking the players in their prime, I will take gronk without question over gonzalez, what gronk can do to teams i have only seen players like rice, moss, calvin and barry sanders do before.
What's more scary, Drew Brees throwing to Jimmy Graham,

or...

Wilson throwing to Jimmy Graham. (now with no O-line)

Not that worried.

This.

Seattle is still a run first team with lynch coming back. And as Bennett stated, Graham sucks at blocking. He is a WR more than a TE. He is still a threat don't get me wrong, but his impact will be limited on that team, as opposed to a spread offense. Also, I think he'll tip off the D when he's on the field as to whether it will be a pass or run.
