As long as he continues to be among the best in football in generating pressures, I'm fine with that. A guy like Graham would be perfect to setup Buckner to feast, much like he's done for Cox with the Eagles. When you look at the top edges in the NFL in terms of generating pressure over the past three seasons, its consistently been Mack, Von Miller and Graham. Get a QB off their spot, force them on the move and it makes life a lot more difficult for them.
This. And this is also the reason I think it's ridiculous that people peg Thomas as a part of our future passrush in the interior. Graham is the anti Thomas in that he gets pressure nearly every play. And I don't mean to harp on Thomas it's just to explain what could be on our front and why I think Grady Jarrett could be huge for us. I just think people forget what players who can push the pocket look like. It hasn't been that long since Justin Smith come on people!
Look at Atlanta's track record re-signing their own to FA every year. I'd be surprised if Jarrett goes anywhere.
