as stated before, Lynch was mediocre against the Panthers at best, Wilson still delivered when needed. Contrary to Kap, Wilson stayed useful against us last year in the NFCCG.
1-0 is my favorite stat.

Didn't Cheat?

Lol, Sherman admitted during Super Bowl week that they were intentionally playing more "physically" than the rules allow. They've been fined and penalized 2 out of the last 3 years for having illegal practice activities during OTAs. If anything, they've been cheating more frequently and more recently than the Patriots. Cheater Bowl coverage won't mention ANY of this, of course.

I'm not disagreeing with you but the whole spy gate thing has always rubbed me the wrong way. More than what Seattle did.

Too bad for Seattle that Bob Kraft and Roger Goodell are best buds. And Tom Brady's star power >>>>> the entire Seahawks roster combined.

So, if the refs are going to play favorites (and I know they will), you can bet the house that Brady & company won't be on the losing end of any controversial calls.

I get that you like Wilson and that's fine, but that doesn't change the fact that the Seahawks won today DESPITE him not because of him.

Too bad you can't see the difference.
it's not about liking or not liking Wilson. I don't overreact to a poor performance which he had overall save for the most important TD in this game which was thrown by him.

To be honest i am going to be miserable no matter who wins it i felt the exact same way last year i cant believe i have to go threw this again. This is why i wanted Packers Colts so i can be happy for the team who actually wins.
As much as I hate Brady equaling Montana's SB win record, I think I prefer them to beat the crap out of Seattle in the SB.

It will be tough, but the 12th man won't be there, and this time they are not playing Manning.

Yeah I was rooting for GB. Yea Seattle and Petey needed a serving of humble pie. Yea Seattle is our biggest rival in the game today.

But let's keep some things in perspective. Seattle may be the hot pick now, but does anyone remember that great run the Rams made from 99-03 ? Yea I don't. Oh and those Broncos from 98-99 were one of the greatest dynasties of all time right ?

Point being...histories and legacies are made from SUSTAINED success. The Packers, Steelers, 49ers, Cowboys, and Patriots made themselves a household name because of decade(s) of excellence. Teams like Seattle do it by mouthing off...

So Seattle is going to the SB...and a lot of you youngsters think they're tge next dynasty. Wrong again. All of the above mentioned succeeded bc of one common denominator....good quality quarterbacks. Any of anyone watching Wilson today thinks he's a "good, quality quarterback" then lol at you.

The Seahawks are Marshawn-less and one lucrative RWilson contract away from becoming a bottom feeder in the NFC West. The Niners are a storied franchise with a legacy dating back to the 70s.

And thanks to Seattle, we still have more rings than the Packers. We re still tied with Dallas for second most, and 1 behind the Steelers. And we boast the highest SB win % for teams with 3 or more rings.

So although I hate Seattle, kudos to them for keeping GB just a run of the mill team. And with any Luck (pun intended), NE goes down and Sea gets served in the SB.

49ers storied franchise FTW.

"Dating back to the 70s" Although they didn't win much before the walsh era, they were competitive on and off before the 70s. This is a storied franchise from the 40s.
Seahawks behind 19 -7 with not much time left I was still sure they'd comeback and win. I've felt the exact opposite way about our 9ers ever since the home opener. It was a s**t year for us but who knows, maybe Kurt warner will show kaepernick how to... throw the ball away instead of running out of bounds for a loss, learn what a play clock is, how not to fumble on the 1 inch line for the win. Only thing about kaep that makes me not want to give up on him is his talent and the fact he looks legitimately pissed when he s**ts the bed, when he fumbled against the rams he looked like he was about to cry from pure rage and I liked it. Willis bowman aldon we'll get it going next year go pats
Unrelated side note. Willis bowman aldon all come back healthy and legal problem free they could be the best three to ever play together. Love having these guys.

Just because Lynch is having a mediocre game doesn't mean that teams stop forget about him and stop gameplanning against him. Wilson benefits from Lynch regardless of how many yards he puts up. It opens up things downfield either way.

"Light years" my ass. Wilson is GOOD but all that talk of him being elite needs to calm down. He flat out played like s**t today...no other way to say that.

The only reason why his shortcomings aren't as scrutinized is because he has a more media-friendly personality than Kap ("Golly gee willikers guys, I can't believe we won!").

Had that been us out there today, the story wouldn't have been about a comeback. It would've been abiut Green Bay gave the game away and the how the Niners must improve to have a shot in the Super Bowl.

Kap has never looked that bad against a sub-par defense like Green Bay and yet Wilson is "light years" ahead?

Give me a break.

LOL. Thanks for the good laugh. He seems about due to come out of the closet soon...every time I see that insurance commercial he is in, I cringe

I guess some of you guys would trade away our 5 rings from the PAST for Seattle's 2014 ones and maybe 2015.

Like I said too many youngsters in our fanbase.

I don't think anyone here would trade our 5 rings from the PAST for seattle's cute little collection. But that still doesn't mean we shouldn't be mad and hating seattle in the present day. That would be like not being pissed if the dodgers won the World Series.

I don't see how age has anything to do with anything really. A fan is a fan, and we cant choose when we are born or how well the team performs at a given time. Because I am younger than 30 does that automatically mean I should just not be a Niner fan because I'm not old enough?? Come on. Its not my fault our glory years were before I was born and while I was too young to like football
Congrats to them... But please someone tell Doug Baldwin to shut up!! I get the Us Vs the world thing but come on just shut up!
