I always thought Hue got a raw deal in Oakland. He made Jason Campbell look like a pro bowler in his only season as head coach and fielded the most competitive raiders team in recent memory. He deserves another shot somewhere.

At this point, I would hire Philbin as OC right now. I know hiring a new OC 4 games in is nuts. But I think if Tomsula is going to work out as a HC he needs to have experienced coordinators. Promoting our QB coach was a terrible move. Just like it was the last time the 9ers did it after Norv left.
