2014 regular season is over and we're just a few hours until Black Monday oficially begins and Jim Harbaugh already left his position as the Niners head coach and join the group of coaches who's looking for a new workplace for 2015. Therefore, who do you think is gonna be fired on Black Monday (and the rest of the 2014 season)? Also you can share your projections of the possible replacements of those jobs.

As of last night, the Dolphins were preparing to fire head coach Joe Philbin, per league sources. Dolphins owner Stephen Ross always could change his mind, but the organization was preparing to make a move as soon as today, per sources. Should Ross follow through with his plan, Dolphins tight ends coach Dan Campbell would be the leading candidate to become the interim head coach and replace Philbin.

JT will probably ride out the season but I don't see much changing if Jed just keeps Baalke around. Need to clean house and get a new GM and HC that will actually be able to put together a nice coaching staff.
