2014 regular season is over and we're just a few hours until Black Monday oficially begins and Jim Harbaugh already left his position as the Niners head coach and join the group of coaches who's looking for a new workplace for 2015. Therefore, who do you think is gonna be fired on Black Monday (and the rest of the 2014 season)? Also you can share your projections of the possible replacements of those jobs.

Bold picks. If the Saints were stupid enough to fire Sean Payton, I guarantee he'd be the next 49ers coach, and we'd win the Super Bowl next season.

^^ Agreed. The main reason Saints season is over bc Rob Ryan's miscues. When Niners played against 'em, you can see Payton barking against Ryan and was clear that his days were numbered. If Niners don't secure Fangio as his new head coach then it's clear that Saints would easily outbid us by offering a better deal also the promise of winning a Lombardi Trophy faster than Niners or any other team.

Since Vic applied for HC position and I don't think e'll get it, maybe he'll ask to be let out of his contract??

He deserves a year, but this would count as a surprise firing. He sure did pick the wrong year to be in need of a QB. He probably gets Jameis Winston.

He would need to pay a steep price at this point to get Famous Jameis. Perhaps they look to grab Hundley at the back end of the first or top of the 2nd or look towards Prescott/Petty in the 2nd/3rd.

As time progresses over the offseason QB rankings will surely change quite a bit so we'll see but not really any long term value on the FA/trade market. They have their work cut out for them in finding a QB that much is for sure.

No kidding, no way does he quit the Bills without having another job lined up. Who ever hired him probably won't make it official for a while so as not to look suspicious.

I laughed when I read the news because I remembered this thread but while you're right, you're kidding yourself if you actually thought Marrone would opt out.

IMO Woody Johnson went jumped the shark with the tampering this week and reached out to Marrone about the Jets opening and convinced him to change zip codes.
