wow, zero f**king points in 3 15 min. 4th quarters, and 3 points in 3 entire second halves of games to start the season.

Wow, teams don't even have enough film on us yet to stop us but we are finding a way

Yeah Roman is a clown, but the ring leader is Harbaugh. Awful play calling? They both have their hands in it...

Agree--They just started using this type of formation this year and folks are already tired of it? Let's let them get comfortable with it and see if it means a better run in the playoffs before panicing!

tired of it? it's our cowbell. we have the wr talent to finally run it
it forces the other team to blitz and 1 on 1 we kill
zone which our guys find the spots and we kill
play man to man if the play breaks down kap gets out for 8 yard gains...

My points exactly! Johnson looked good today, even though he had the wrong cleats on, and this should be a dynamic offense. I think the coaches are trying to work it in while keeping the rest of the playbook as well...which they may slowly eliminate as the team becomes more fluid with the multiple receiver concepts.

we're already fluid with it. the line has to block.

put hyde in for burst runs that don't need a lead blocker
let gore grind out the tough runs to break will's
it is so damn easy and so damn simple. it's not a case of people thinking they know what to do but it being more difficult than it seems
it's not.
it works.. keep doing it. it doesn't try something else
we do the opposite
it works perfectly then we put it away
it doesn't work then we try to make it work though it doesn't work
It's not Greg Romans fault our team is NOT disciplined, it's also not his fault that the refs HANDED the game to the Cardinals. So many TERRIBLE calls, but the worst one was the PI on ARZ's last drive ... The most frustrating play was the 3rd and 6 when they ran it and still CONVERTED. Are you kidding me??? We aren't looking too good folks. I still have us making it to the the playoffs as a wildcard, but we need Bowman and Aldon back PRONTO. We also need to make a move and hopefully acquire a CB prior to the trade deadline. God be with us.
Roman called a great game in the first half. Not sure where he went after halftime. Twinkie-induced coma?

Your first two sentences contradict each other. Fluid means 11 guys working in total harmony to complete the intent of the play. Don't see that yet.

Az had him locked in the broom closet after halftime.

He called the same game in the second half. The 49ers stopped executing and the Cardinals made adjustments and played tighter coverage. They got away with a lot of holds and illegal contact and it paid off for them. Once the flags started flying the 49ers lost all composure and gave up.

Yep, I've mostly been blaming Roman but Harbaugh is ultimately responsible. This must be the playcalling he wants, since he's been happy to keep Roman year after underachieving year.

they are hand in hand....so far

if harbaugh had any nuts he'd fire roman and take over play calling duty
harbaugh needs to s**t can this a*****e or hes gonna get shown the door himself. problem is the defense looks just as bad so the whole coaching staff's shelf life isnt looking too great right now if this continues another game or two.

Would we really want that? I want somebody that Kap can talk to and say we need to do X and stop doing Y....and have it implemented in the 2nd half.
I was hoping he got hired as a HC a couple seasons ago and we got Hugh Jackson. I thought OAK stiffed him as HC
