Hated the pick. I remember arguing with a friend on draft day who thought he was going to be so great. Dude was always over hyped. Couldn't stand him then and can't stand him now.

Always hated this fool.

Hardly, his QB rating is 88. He had 1.5 good seasons when everybody was stacking the box because the Niners had frank Gore and one of the best offensive lines in football, plus they had to worry about Colin's running ability. Guy had a strong arm but zero touch. Couple small adjustments by d coordinators and he was dreadful and could not adjust

Factual post. Good job

Lmao why do so many fans "hate" wide receivers? Am I his biggest fan? Not really. But he still was a solid player for us despite never meeting his superstar expectations, especially when Kap had a nice connection with him in our SB season.

Sport fans are weird

Baseless opinion.

Well it could be based on the fact that no team with Michael Crabtree has ever won the SB lol

So if a player has never won a SB before, then that means that any team that has said player on their roster will not win a SB?

No.

Like I said, baseless (and I am not even a big Crabtree guy).

I care? It's my opinion, don't like it, that's your problem.
BTW, your boi Kirk Cousins is as garbage as crabtree always is and always will be and I was right haha!
You put Crabs with the Patriots and best believe their Super Bowl winning stock will somehow increase even more so.

That was part of his 1.5 good years. As I said, good, factual post.

Kap's problem wasn't his arm, other than his slow release. He could make every throw. His problem was his eyes. He couldn't throw with an anticipation consistently for whatever reasons, and the result was he often had to throw rockets. That gave the impression that he couldn't throw with touch, but really, he just couldn't, for whatever reason, consistently throw with anticipation. I think that is a big reason why in 2015 he clearly wasn't trusting what he was seeing after that 4 interception Cardinals game, then in 2016 he was overly cautious and missed too many throws long to avoid interceptions.

Still hurts me that he didn't pan out that way I thought.

I was st the draft party. Place erupted with joy

Hey I was there too! The best thing that year was hearing Darius... Heyward... Bey followed by screams of horror from Raider fans. lol

Man I thought he was one of the biggest steals of all time lol i was young at the time but I was still very excited.

Injuries and his personality imo really brought him down.

Yea when they drafted Heyward Bey. Wowwww everyone was juiced lol. Then I think the Packers were my only concern and they drafted BJ Raji I think. But I was hyped lol

Kaps problem was Harbaugh was fired, that man put his players he had in the best positions to succeed, plain and simple..

Ending up with a AAF squad didn't help either. It's convenient to say it took the NFL 1.5 years to figure him out, when the truth is he only had 1.5 years with a stable environment.

QBs that have been figured out don't end up with a 90 rating, and 16-4 TD-int in 11 starts with AAF talent surrounding them. QBs that get figured out end up like Terrelle Pryor/Joe Webb. Those 2 (or even a guy like Keenum) could never put up those numbers with such a huge lack of talent to work with.
