IDK about that part. Alcoholics usually show their true colors behind closed doors. Have a feeling his family might have a different perspective.

Bring him in as an talent advisor. Put people around him. He is an valuable asset but not at a point where a franchises future should be on his hands.

From what I remember there were a ton of leaks of his drinking issues just before he was canned.
