McCloughan has basically been demoted and told he's not a part of the teams decision making which in my mind is a complete JOKE! Who's running the show there now? Daniel Snyder?

From what I know, the Redskins coaches, players and scouting staff all had the utmost respect for Scot McCloughan. Roster is his resume.

None of the players seem to think he had an issue - at least not one they saw.
