I'm a 49ers fan that want the Rams to stay here for the SAME reason people on this forum want them to come to LA. That one game a year.

boast is begging for the Rams to come here. Not because he is a Rams fan, but because he wants that 1 game a year. I figured this was known.

i want a better travel schedule for the 49ers more than one game i can attend.

i want the fan friendly SF vs LA rivalry to be brought back more than i want that one game to attend.


i just happen to live a 30-45 min train ride away from the proposed new stadium. being able to attend a game each season is just gravy in the whole thing. if i lived in Portland OR, i'd still want the Rams to move to LA for the two reasons i stated above.

Ah. Well, I can understand how you feel then.

I don't hate St. Louis - contrary to how it sounds when I discuss the city and the Rams. I love the Rams and my opinions are therefore very emotional since I grew up with them in Los Angeles.

In my living room I have a great black & white pic I took of that electrical historic building from the paddle boat on the river because it reminds me of visiting the city to see them play. And, v the Niners in 2012 I stayed at the Hyatt and the night before the game there was a Whiskey festival in the hotel - that is likely one of the very best festivals you can go to. I barely woke up in time to get to the game.

Every year? Maybe just...once? Lol outside of the GSOT, they have been one of the worst teams in the NFL. Also, I'm sure Cleveland has a owner that isn't non-existent. If the owner doesn't care and proves it by doing...NOTHING, why would some of the fans care?

Think if the 49ers were just god awful for 12 years and you didn't hear a peep out of Jed York regarding is going on. Would be tough to want to continue supporting that product wouldn't it?

I know man. I understand every reason why you and most in this thread would want the Rams back in LA. Its the same s**t for me. Neither of us are Rams fans, we just want that one game. I'll still go the 49ers games in Chicago, KC, etc if the Rams end up leaving, but having them in St. Louis is convenient.

After discussing this more with LA Rams fans and the various opinions....it does seem like Kroenke bought the Rams with intent to stay in StL and create an international brand for the Rams and possibly build his "concept" of a stadium there. But, StL denied him the three games he signed up for in London - one each year and demanded he cancel them. It seems like things changed after that.

He clearly is not happy with StL recently, so quoting his initial comments when he purchased the team and had high ambitions for what he could do there is completey irrelevent to the current status and facts. All divorces start with love and "until death do we part."

well I think we all just agreed they need to move to LA.
