FTR the corner Fitz beat on that big play was a rookie.
Having Fitz is gonna make Kolb look better than he really is when you just looking at the numbers. I think folks are putting way too much stock into the 1st pre season game.

Bradford is overrated. Horrible ypa and didnt show up at all in the biggest game of the year. Ballwash him all you want but a stable offensive system and an attacking D is invaluable for a qb.

Bradford was a rookie. A rookie, as in first year in the NFL playing the toughest position to transition to, on a team that was short on true offensive weapons. Thus why they spent 3 of their first 4 picks on offensive weapons, signed 2 FA RB's and a FA WR. Taking all things into consideration, he played well for a rookie. He has a long way to go to becoming great but after one year there is much reason for Rams fans to have hope going forward. It appears they have a franchise QB.

So you can't appreciate talent from other teams, especially rivals ?
I am a 49ers fan, but also a football fan. Nothing wrong with liking players on any other team in the league.

Thought this was funny

:
Pete Carroll on the phone to Brett Favre
"Lord Brett? We have a problem. No training camp? That's fine. I'll fly our top four players down to Mississippi to get you and I'll personally pick you up at the air port. We have a cute intern on staff. You want her number?"

i can understand if you said " he's a good player" but the fact that everyone is defending him because a fellow 49er fan says he sucks is sad

Ok? So the qualifier is he was good..... for a rookie. His numbers and play were mediocre by regular qb standard. Does he have potential? Yes. But right now he is a mediocre qb with the potential to be good. Nothing more. That is my point.

It is just preseason, but here goes...
ARI - Kolb looked fairly good. He didn't do much against OAKs #1's and couldn't even get in the endzone against the #2s. He still seemed to make good decisions, and will likely be similar to Alex Smith, just above average. Their defense looks so-so, no better than last year.
SEA - Their QB situation is a mess, and they may have lost Okung. Overall, I see lots of potential with SEA, but am not sure they will be able to pull it all together.

Wait til the Niners game tonight. It's either gonna be the sky is falling, or it's we are locks for the playoffs.
and what Notre Dame gonna do at quarterback? Denard ready for the night game.
