it is a very stressful job but this offseason it looks like Jim tried to live just a little bit and try to better manage himself for what it is worth

I definitely agree with you on this one..I just don't see any reason why the front office WOULDNT extend him..You can never tell what's lurking in those dark rooms ..lol
