So we've all been hearing about this whole CBA problem that the NFL has and how much it could negatively affect next season. I don't know too much about it. What is the issue and what would happen if it isn't resolved? For example, what type of things would the Niners, and other teams around the league, not be able to do?

So let me guess...Media will say that the players should approve the vote sometime today but what will really happen is hours of deliberation, followed by moronic tweets by players who aren't player reps, false handshake deals between Goddell and D. Smith, Mortensen and Schefter saying the vote is coming after lunch, more hours of waiting until it is almost late afternoon, only to find out that the NFLPA has annouced that they are breaking for the day.

Doesn't sound like anything of consequence will happen today. If the players sign the proposed deal by Tues next week then no other preseason games will be missed, but after that the first round of preseason games will be scrapped.

Let's hope that the NFLPA can get their s**t together this weekend and sign by Tues (or make modifications that are accepted by the NFL by Tues).
