Totally disagree and believe it just furthers a lack of trust...unless he has been saying the same things to the man's face in team meetings. He's still a very young guy so it's not a terrible mistake but I have much more respect for the guys like Staley and Gore who mentioned scheme among the problems early on this year when there was something that could be done about it.

Really? I would say the timing is worse during the middle of the season to call out the gameplan in public.

Also, i think the concussion knocked some stupidity into him.

No, I think by getting out there in public without actually naming Roman...who's offense is this anyway (clue--it's Jim Harbaugh's offense)...should have given JH and GR some pause. But just blasting a guy after everyone knows they are gone is chicken as far as I'm concerned.

As far as having some stupid knocked into him...that's pretty funny! I will admit he is much more mature that he was when he was getting personal fouls called for dirty play...maybe that part of his game is smarter but the public part is dumber!

All I hear is you dumping on the guys that want to be Niners. The FO. You think it is professional to yell the team the team the team but spend our season plotting on leaving and not coaching not scheming not adapting and not winning here as a Niner. Jim mailed it in a long time ago in spite of us having Gore and Justin needing the ring they should have already had. Jim f***** us man! Can't you see that? So f*** him too. Apparently jim wanted to be the niner also and we tried to trade him before the season began. And he knew his time was up here and so did the players. So we got a bunch of hold outs and stupid antics from the players, who knoew their coaches were gone. From the off the field garbage to the on the field garbage, the players could care less.

That tone was set by the FO by failing to reward harbaugh and intesd trying to tradr him. They tried to trade vets like brooks and failed to givr other vets extensions.

Sure harbaugh is to blame for failing to fix the offense but the FO doesn't have clean hands either for this mess.

Harbaugh is gone so we don't have to deal with him after tomorrow. But we still have to deal with the FO and their questionable methods.

Cut Davis and be done with it.

AD is out of control whether you agree or disagree with him. In today's corporate NFL, the owner/front office should've shut him down long ago. Jed and Baalke are good at certain things, but they really suck at PR and damage control.

I saw the guys on his crap offense holding out whining and complaining all year. I saw Fangios defense playing their a$$es off all year. But you see what you want to see. Well the FO did this so Jim is allowed to check out on Gore and Justin ... To that I say hell no! Be a pro and do your job just as Fangio and his defense did even with injuries and suspension they played for Vic and he coached his tail off. What did Jim do? He gets no love from me. Not for this year and with another job already in place before this awful offense is done playing he won't on Sunday either.

Was a fan of the guy, but he seems to be just a distraction now. Rarely plays and is ALWAYS running his mouth.

Time to look for a replacement.
