Maybe Scotty and Co. know something from the tampering and are pursuing one of the top returners in the league.

great, 8 receivers! What every "Power Running" team needs!!! Oh wait, we want him for his return abilities only right? Hmm, wish we had a return specialist on the roster.

I don't think I would do this trade. We have enough receivers. Why not let Spurlock return kicks? He did it in Tampa Bay.

i'm pretty sure we would cut a wr, cuz we would kind of need to to add another guy on the roster

Mangini: No interest in trading Josh Cribbs
Browns coach Eric Mangini insisted Friday that he has "no interest in moving Josh Cribbs."
In addition to the four teams already mentioned, the Jags and 49ers are also believed to be interested. Mangini termed Cribbs' contract situation an "ongoing process" and admitted the team will listen to any trade offers. With Cribbs signed cheaply, the Browns would have to be overwhelmed by an offer to deal him. Oct. 16 - 11:16 am et

By the way, dedicated explosive PRs/KRs can be drafted for a lot less than what Cleveland is probably asking for.

He could run our taser a lot better than anyone currently on the team
That was sh*t canned after the second game, remember?

Its the Cleveland Browns. What was the last thing they did that made sense? Mangini is trying to get all the picks he can.

How about we (possibly) make the trade and let go of Spurlock?! I dont think Spurlock has done anything significant so far. I wouldnt mind adding a person that has proven he's an impact player, especially if we get extra picks from the Jets!!!

Cribbs would give us a home run hitter
I say go for it, we would have a true playmaker on kick off/ punt returns
What could we offer the Browns though? a 3rd round pick maybe or higher?
