I was just wondering which quarterback has the strongest arm, I was watching espn and it was talking about Jay Cutler throwing back across his body and how he would say he has the strongest arm but other names come to mind, maybe Stafford or Jamarcus Russell? Any other opinions or ideas?

If I had to bet on it, I'd say Russell. Before the draft, he threw a ball 60 or 70 yards while on one knee.
