Uber? With the kind of money these guys make they could call a limo service. If I made that kind of money I would rather be riding in the back of a limo with my date with access to booze, food and whatever.

I read that Nevada has a required sentence of 2-20 years with no parole for this offense. If they get it reduced to reckless driving then it's 1 year. It will depend a lot of what his BA level was. If it's way over the limit then reckless driving is probably not on the table.

I have to admit that I have driven under the influence several times in my life. I'm sure many of you have. Under current laws, if you have 2 or more drinks in one hour your BA level will be over the limit in most cases. Even though you know you shouldn't drive you always think you're okay.
