Did I say it was bad? Las Vegas convention center is needing to be updated and having a pro team would improve what they already have.

I was born and raised here in Las Vegas, I've been a Niner fan my entire life. I've always wanted any sort of professional team to finally come here. That being said, I almost wish it wasn't the Raiders. But at least they are in the AFC division and it'll be nice to go to a game without flying out to San Fran. I was lucky enough to catch a couple games at the stick during the last winning seasons. I've never been to Levi's yet. I just pray the 49ers start winning again in the near future.

Same here. I know what you mean about the Raiders being the team we get. Personally I wanted the Chargers.

Davis said today that even if vegas gets approved, they plan to play in oakland for the '17 and '18 seasons. So no alternate site in vegas. He said he "wants to bring a super bowl title to the bay area". Clearly a ploy to try and make local fans feel better in the meantime. He stopped short of saying "and then we'll pack up our s**t and go make money elsewhere because we don't give a f**k about any of you". lol
