Fantastic high volume receiving weapon that is especially tough to defend in the end zone. Former basketball player that is 6'7" with long arms and an outstanding catch radius. Great at high pointing the football and using his body to block off defenders. Consistent hands with good YAC ability and also an improving blocker There's a lot of upside to him as a potential feature NFL tight end. Biggest knock on him as virtually everyone has ever said is that he needs to bulk up a bit for the NFL, to at least push his way up to 250. I think if the 49ers do let Jennings walk, bringing in a reliable big target like Koziol would be great for Purdy. There's a lot to like but man I've never seen someone take so many absolutely vicious shots and land as hard as he does every time he hits the ground. Guy quite literally takes an a** beating every time he absorbs contact lol.

I don't know if he needs to find a way to fall more gracefully or limit that contact because holy crap. As big as he is, it feels like I'm watching him get body slammed from the top rope by an 8 foot, 500 pound giant on every tackle.
