if you believe that then you take him 10/10 times. if you have anywhere close of a chance to get a game wrecker like Aaron Donald you take it even if you whiff

Becoming the next Aaron Donald is going to require sooooo much more than work ethic. He doesnt have the natural tools.
Hes a different player than Soloman Thomas, but i think Thomas was a superior prospect.
I think the ceiling for Woods is a Javon Hargrave level player.

Don't forget Jacas who posted a 1.59 10-yard split so he's right at the top of the list.
At #27 I really just want the best EDGE they like don't care if it's Howell, Lawrence, or Jacas.
And at #58 I could not pass on Keionte Scott if he's there. If he's gone I just watched a lot of Oscar Delp highlight videos and dude is like Kittle.
I want a trade back pick swap with AZ at #35 - we get their #65 for our #127.
#35. Howell / Jacas / Lawrence / Young EDGE
#58. Keionte Scott S/CB (think he could easily play FS for us and he is just a great player period)
#65. Oscar Delp TE (Kittle reincarnated) / Jadarian Price RB

That 10-yard split was hand timed, which means it's likely closer to around a 1.69. Those guys listed in that tweet were laser timed. Just something to keep in mind.

Official 10-yard splits are different than pro-day stuff. There's a gray area there imo.
Personally I don't think Howell, Lawrence, or Jacas are worth the 27th overall pick. Trade down at all costs if that's who they want.
Keionte Scott is a stud and I would love him. Not sure where he's projected to go?

I tend to agree, although Howell is closer to worth it. SEC defensive player of the year and those players usually do really well in the NFL. Would still prefer Mesidor at #27 if he falls to there.
Problem is that while not great value necessarily at #27 by #58 they are all gone including Young and maybe even Mason Thomas. In that scenario Lynch could feel forced to reach on lower tier EDGEs (Height/Josephs/Sutton) at #58 which to me is a HUGE mistake with the amount of good players in that area. Trade back at all costs is fine with me. And if Lynch waits until the 4th for an EDGE they are going to be developmental and not instant impact pass rushers. Any trade back giving even one extra 3rd or 4th round pick makes drafting Howell/Lawrence/Jacas/Young perfectly acceptable imo
I actually DO NOT CARE who is on the board at #27 if we get a trade back offer of equal value or better to anywhere in the 30-40 area with extra pick(s) for this year's draft, I am taking it. Tons of really good players going to be taken between 30-40 and then you get really strong value for Lawrence, Jacas, Howell, and Young with our first selection.
Keionte Scott... think he is looked at as a mid/late 2nd rounder but not sure if he makes it to #58 but if he does I'm running up the card. That is why I want an EDGE with our first pick and if Scott is on the board at 52-53 I would advocate trading up for him. Hell if we drafted Scott at #27 I wouldn't even complain as the guy is just an absolute stud. Would take him over EMW personally and I like EMW a lot.
Just get great players.
A trade back pick swap with AZ in my example above to grab one of those EDGEs + Keionte Scott + Jadarian Price is def getting 2 great players (super low risk imo) in Scott and Price and we hope the EDGE hits.

This is why I can't get behind the idea of drafting Akheem Mesidor in Round 1
— Marcus Mosher (@Marcus_Mosher) April 6, 2026
He never got close to the 1.5 TFL/game threshold in any of his six collegiate seasons.
Mesidor is also older with an extensive injury history. And he didn't test.
This should never be a prospect you… https://t.co/1E72dr0WC7

I agree with a lot of this. We should try to move down if at all possible. I love the idea of moving down with NE (they get their OT) and we grab a 3rd (we possibly give up our last 4th to equal out the draft value chart).
31, 58, 95, 127, 138 should net us a couple decent players imo.
Just off the top of my head I'd like something like Boston, Keylan Rutledge, Romello Height/Jaishawn Barham, J.C. Davis etc. I haven't done a mock yet…waiting for Dane's "The Beast" to come out

What's your take on Keldric Faulk? Where do you see him being most successful in the NFL?

Southeastern Louisiana DL Kaleb Proctor can be the Milton Williams of this draft. He has burst and bend to be a disruptive pass-rushing defensive tackle in the NFL pic.twitter.com/QtoxyAXnhD
