I'm sayin.....he had his year cut early due to injury but he's another one of these smaller, freakish 3Ts with tremendous leverage.

Would love it if they signed Sheldon Rankins and drafted one. I'm good with Caleb Banks, Kayden McDonald or Christen Miller.

Skyler Gill-Howard (6'1 290) Texas Tech
— Bengals & Brews (@BengalsBrews) January 20, 2026
+ Natural leverage with quick feet
+ 90.0 pass rush grade in 2025
+ 5 sacks in 2024
+ Wrestling background and started his college football career walking on to play linebacker in Division II
+ Impressive effort
+ Explosive off the snap… pic.twitter.com/1JzEAg0O0U
Texas Tech DT Skyler Gill-Howard

Love to non stop motor and high effort level he plays with. I can see him fitting into a rotation on an aggressive gap shooting type front. pic.twitter.com/5xpRqflzbz

Phoenix you are making this guy my second favorite DT behind Landon Robinson.
I watched one highlight tape and one game and I'm already on board
I don't know if it's because I'm easy to please based on our atrocious DL play these past two seasons or if it's because DL is not my expertise or if this dude really is that good

Depending on the combine probably late 2nd to late 3rd round. I'd love to have him and Robinson both and just continually rotate them throughout the game.

McDonald might not be the ideal need fit but he's a stellar nose tackle that made a ridiculous amount of plays behind the line of scrimmage. If you can stick him in the middle, its going to force offenses to adjust and open things up for Warner and the other LB's.
Watching Ohio State's defense and while it's loaded with first rounders, really intrigued by Kayden McDonald (98). Eats double teams for breakfast; pass rush is a work in progress but there's upside. Thought he was terrific vs Indiana. pic.twitter.com/YYzQltDLCi

Kayden McDonald had 30 run stops during the 2025 season.

Kenneth Grant had 33 in his three-year career at Michigan. https://t.co/hCgTI9kebL
Yooo, did y'all see this guy's face covered in eye black? Bro looks like an Uruk-hai from Lord of the Rings.

IMO if we have a chance at someone like McDonald, we might just let Collins and West rotate at 3T. They have the beef and may be better suited there if we can get a legit nose who can also pass rush.
TBH I think we need to double dip at both DE, and DT in this class.

Kayden McDonald is one of the safest draft picks you can make as an NFL GM. This is what he did to one of the best OL's in College Football?? https://t.co/aO6Kq1UHnu pic.twitter.com/2rZN4lLNdz

Agreed. I really like McDonald but I don't think he will be there at 27. If he is that's who I want.
I really like Lee Hunter. He is very similar to McDonald. Probably not as stout vs the run but he offers more pop as a pass rusher.
I want Kayden McDonald or Lee Hunter at 27 and Gracen Halton at 2.58. Double dip in the draft.
Then sign a couple vets like Joey Bosa and David Onyemata
Base D:
DE- Mykel Williams
NT- Kayden McDonald
3T- Alfred Collins
DE- Nick Bosa
Nickle D:
DE- Joey Bosa
5T- Mykel Williams
3T- Gracen Halton
DE- Nick Bosa
Depth:
David Onyemata
Keion White
Sam Okuayinonu
