Who knows if he'll be there at 27, but I believe this is Kyle's guy. We've all talked about him a receiver, but holy s**t, he is a DEMON as a blocker. I finally got a chance to see some all-22. He is straight up bodying people on the field and then laughing in their face. One of the biggest issues in the run game last year was terrible blocking from the Niners' WRs. Boston would immediately help turn that into a strength.
For the 8 plays a game he's out there.
Until Ricky and Evans get hurt, then he's a full time guy.
end of the day this draft blows, if they think Boston has upside to be a Pittman Jr or London light type WR, why not?
I'm pretty open to whomever they take this yr (as long as it's not a massive reach), I would prefer a trade down to get an extra 3rd.
I think the same. I don't see why an aging roster that's always suffering injuries wouldn't have this happen again... sigh
I'm fine with WR at 27 if he is BPA. I am no scout, but so far it seems hard to miss adding a good contributor at 27. I do believe pass rush, o line, and secondary are greater needs than WR at this time.
I would love to trade around and get some more picks, but they rarely do that. This class is very weak at the top and imo guys from end of rd1 through 4 ... the difference is marginal. So, the inverse thinking is they should be able to add good contributors. Ultimately, we need some good luck this draft.
