I honestly think this draft is a no brainer the way prospects are shaking out.

Rd1 Best OT available. Likely a stud possibly an All Pro.
Rd2 Best DE available, draft is stacked at DE.
RD3 Best DT available high quality rotational player should be there, in the mold of a DJ Jones.

I'm kinda excited about next season, we need a great draft and this draft is deep right where we need help.

Kinda disagree with RD1 best OT. Personally outside of Campbell (who might end up best inside) none of these top end OTs are studs imo

No OT's in the 1st please. And quite honestly I doubt Shanahan does draft one at #11. Defense outweighs the need for a OT right now.

Im totally ok with going all DL first three rounds. I also know that OL is a big problem now and will be a major problem going forward. If there is a guy they think is worth it at 12 I'm ok with that, however the talent is on the DLine this draft.

Yeah I'm with you. I do like Campbell a lot and I would try him at OT and see how it goes. I think he's a pro-bowl caliber IOL. Outside of that I'm gonna pass.

Unless someone drops, I'm down to trade back grab picks and move around more after that 1st rd pick.

I think folks perception of how bad the OL is a bit overrated. I think we all agree center is bad. I would love for them to fix that via FA. As long as Trent is playing we have both OTs spots set next year.

I'm down to grab a potential OT replacement that can play OG. I just don't think this is the draft to be going that route (especially in the 1st). The talent isn't there imo.

i like what I've seen from Vinson so far

not sure what rd he's projected to go

Secondary too brother. Nice draft and we gonna need help with the anticipated losses of Ward and Huff (I do think Huff comes back) but I still would want to add a Safety cause I'm completely out on Jaiir

Seems like the strengths of this draft are all needs for the niners. I say load up

After getting Saleh back - need to go heavy on the D early and often unless there is a legit stud OT that is BPA at our spot.

Round 1 - Malachi Starks FS (if we trade down 4-8 spots can draft EDGE/DL/OT whoever is BPA)
Round 2 - EDGE/DL
Round 3 - EDGE/DL (whatever we didn't pick in Rd 2
Round 3 (Comp) - OG/OT/C
Next pick - DL
Next pick - DL
Next pick - RB/CB/TE/OL

Get back DJ Jones and sign a good veteran G in free agency.

Done.

Rick Spielman likes him more than Graham Barton and Cody Mauch (N. Dakota St picked in the 2nd round also) when they came out. Our future C?

Saw some people saying he reminds them of Joe Thuney

East west but still useful

Edge Hassanein - don't see the burst or hands to make Edge Hassanein an Edge in NFL. Seems more like a very undersized interior guy

NT Jordan Phillips, Maryland, is 6'1 318 lbs. He is only a RS-SO, originally recruited to Tenn then transferred. Started 2 years and entered draft. I watched Oregon highlights for him, easy to spot as he has dreads and plays nose. Pushed around, lost in the shuffle, nothing special

RG McKay, NC State - 6'3 312lbs. 2019 recruit so he's quite a bit older. 2022 played RT. Looks pretty good. Shows some really good power run blocking 1on1. Watched North Carolina game highlights. About 4:35 of this video show cases it NC State vs. North Carolina Game Highlights | 2024 ACC Football. I would add him to a list of potential guys to deep dive on

RT Hollin Pierc, Rutgers - 6'8 344lbs - uhhhh guys? Why is he not on our draft boards? He makes the opposing team look like little kids lined up against him. Played LT. Watched VT highlights and he looks GREAT. Some great clips Rutgers OL/Offense vs Virginia Tech Defense (2024)
