If for whatever reason the 49ers don't make a major upgrade at QB this offseason, there's this strong-armed Vacavillian to look forward to next season. If he has another good season, I'd happily go all in for him. Great size, arm, decent athleticism, has shown consistent improvement year by year, local NorCal product. Carson Strong places this one perfectly to Justin Lockhart. I really liked Strong as a developmental Quarterback. Had no idea how bad his knee issue was

Shame how bad his knees are. If fully healthy I could've seen him as a potential 1st round pick. He has an incredible arm.
