2020 Draft Needs

Can never have too many RBs. Our group has been more than solid though. I'd be cool with a 4th or 5th round guy. Not sure how this class looks yet. Our first pick has to be good, we need a solid player to help us out an expensive position to relieve the cap a bit. Especially since we don't have a second or third rounder.

I don't know how early they would considering going RB in the draft but a physical mid-round back that would work seamlessly in this outside zone scheme is Ke'Shawn Vaughn of Vanderbilt.

Not a bad pickup !!! I wouldn't go RB at all in this draft, but would NOT cry if this guy was picked by us.. Wouldn't be a wasted pick and if we loose a RB in FA (which I doubt) and cut Mc.Kinnon - he'd step right in to replace him.
So we know Niners weakness is the mobile QB, is there a defensive player who's a like a homing missile in the draft to shutdown running QBs?

There's no single player for that. Just get faster. A LB like Simmons or a freak off the edge like Okwara would probably help a lot.
Trade back, get multiple picks and then draft a cornerback and OL with their first 2 selections.

Would rather see another edge. The pass rush upfront is largely why this team has been so successful.

Whenever Ford goes out the pass rush takes a dump and his chronic knee issue isn't going away. Insurance there would be wise along with adding depth and competition at CB and S.

Just go BPA or Trey Downe

Trey seems like the most logical move unless there's a guy we absolutely can't pass up.

Trey runs a 4.3 forty! He would be a great pick.
Best interior C/OG with a trade back.

Alexander just needs to stay healthy.
Jimmie Ward has played really great this year but I don't think we'll be able to count on him to stay healthy if we re-sign him.

I really want us to draft Xavier McKinney. If not him than I'm fine with an edge rusher
If we win the Super Bowl we won't have any draft needs

But we will still have to draft

Nick Harris C/OG Washington or Netane Muti OG Fresno State would make me very happy with either a 2nd or 3rd round pick.
If we stick with our first pick we could go BPA in any direction but QB and do well imo. I wouldn't even be disappointed if we went RB if the right player is there.

I think with the size concerns and scheme limitations, Harris should be there late 2nd early 3rd. For Muti, who is a part of my dream draft, I think he can be stolen as late as round 6 because of injury concerns
