Watching Nasir Adderley and Juan Thornhill go right before our 3rd round pick and Kyler Murray coming to our division was mine... Granted so blessed we got Bosa... My biggest question would be, if our choice between Nasir/Juan and Jaylon Herd are on the board at 67... Do we still take Hurd???

Yes, we still take Hurd. The guy is everything people have wanted but since he isn't a household name people slam the pick. Prepared to be shocked.

I think it was Marquise Blair that was the FS target. They may have wanted him and hoped Hurd would be available in the 4th. I was sad when he was taken.

I love the pick, granted I never knew who he was pre pick.. it was just really sad watching those to go so close to our pick, esp since we didn't get Earl and that felt like our one unsettled position... I thought maybe they really liked someone... So that is my greatest question.. did they like someone or where they always dead set on Jaylon over both safetys??

I've seen Hawks talk of him playing fs on .net and quickly get refuted for him playing in the box... Idk... U think he has the range for fs?

No secret I would have taken Adderley if he were available, but don't think our FO would have.

The saddest moment was when the FO got into the war room on day 2.

If they thought he was better than Colbert at the single high position they would have taken him. I'm done with the negative posters here ... support the team. The reality is there's one Earl Thomas every decade. If S is out biggest weakness after this season we will address it. Let's see the young guys we've drafted actually play for a couple of years before all the sky is falling nonsense.

No question. It's very clear they weren't going safety this draft and also very clear that Hurd was the predetermined pick. If they would've gone Adderly/Thornhill then they would've taken Chauncey in the 4th.
