Yeah. This thread was made before he beat the breaks off the combine. I originally made it knowing he was a threat at all three positions and that he scored a touchdown every five receptions, but before I knew he'd run a sub 4.4, bench 27 reps and have a 40 inch vertical. I definitely don't see him getting past the Raiders.

I'd roll the dice. We haven't had a true #1 receiver in decades. He's strong as hell too..27 reps on the bench. How's separation off the LOS if the DB's playing it safe? Only main concern is his neck injury. Guess he passed that health check with flying colors at the combine?

When was the last time a top flight college DE draft pick took his team to the SB? Lol. Probably have to go back to the days of Aldon Smith and Von Miller? But it's not just one player -- it's a team sport -- have to be built in all the right places.

I really want to trade down now. There aren't any Myles Garrett/Jadaveon Clowney/Khalil Mack type players in this draft. Gary has the freakish athleticism but wasn't very productive. Nick Bosa is the most polished but doesn't have good length for the position and isn't an elite athlete. Quinnen Williams may be the best player in the draft but isn't a need.

If we can trade back to 7, grab Metcalf and trade up for whoever falls between Burns, Sweat, Gary, etc., I'm all for it. Sweat just ran a 4.41 officially- he's going to move way up with that length and athleticism which could cause guys like Burns, Polite, etc. to fall.

Why not trade back with Giants and trade a pick for Dee Ford?? Still able to pickup a good player, draft a good player and spend on another end in free agency.
