No thanks, he'll retire once he injures his toe.

I'd love to have him if we end up at 4. I think we will address our top edge rusher in FA and draft another later.

This kid reminds me of Smith and look at what he's done for the Bears

From the little I've watched, his instincts don't sniff Roquan's. But he does look as athletic and bigger, too.

This. Roquan had elite level football instincts and he has shown them off in the NFL. White is not at the same level.

LB is super important in this scheme, so I wouldn't hate the pick. But there appear to be some really good LB options in this draft.

Maybe but some of the games I have seen from this year and last..especially last..dude stuck out all over the film. Making those sideline to sideline plays. His closing speed on the ball carrier is equal if not better than Smiths. He may not have the hype of a Roquan does this year but the talent is not that far off at all. Would not surprise me come combine time and he's talked about as one of the most athletic players. Google his battles with Fournette in practice. White would kick his ass. Dude is 6'1 245-255 lbs, runs a sub 4.49 -4.54 with a 39" vert. 😳

Physically he's there, mentally, not so much. He's much more of a guesser than Roquan who just has a consistent nose for the ball. You rarely ever saw him out of position on any given play. That has remained true in the NFL. White will get fooled by misdirection or completely take himself out of plays at times. Still a very good prospect but Roquan to me was a special, rare type of LB prospect where the mental and athleticism aspects were all elite.

He had a couple legal incidents in HS. Neither appear to involve violence, but I'm sure there'll be plenty digging pre-draft.
