I like guice. But I don't think he's a scheme fit.

yeah i dont understand why people want him back as our #1. That would be a horrible decision. Frank is good at choosing the right hole but doesnt have the speed to fit our scheme. We are a young team and need young blood carrying that ball

But to get back on topic. Gallup is like a Garcon clone. Would be a great successor and insurance in case Garcon's play declines or his neck issues comes back
Garcon ain't the athlete this guy is.

I'd bet Garcon was a better athlete coming out than Gallup is.

Garcon at the combine: 6'0", 209 lbs, 4.48 40, 37" inch vert, 125-inch broad jump

That was 10 years ago. Garçon at 31 isn't the athlete that Garçon at 22 was. I'm not sure we should be counting on Garcon as our #1 WR going forward. He can probably play at that level for one more year.

I never compared present-day Garcon to Gallup. I clearly used past tense.

"Was" and "coming out"=Past

I realized that. Gallup being more athletic than the present day Garcon is relevant if we're talking about replacing Garcon or adding another dimension to the offense. He may not have Garcon's career, but he could pass Garcon on the depth chart in a year or two.

Gallup will do 40+ in the vertical.

Yes please!! Is he gonna make it to our 2nd round pick? If not, I'll settle for Daurice Fountain!
DJ Moore>>>
Gallup is the best athlete amongst WRs this year and has outstanding hands
He might even be there in the late 3rd round or 4th He definitely is underrated
