I haven't watched much of juju he has elite measurables just not a fan of USC WRs.

Thoughts?

Oh you beaut Mitch at No.2 overall!! Now we are talking. Finally.

I'd have no issues with that draft

The 3rd pick I do. We never pan out taking the opposite side of a great pass rusher (Lawson, Haralson)

They weren't legit pass rushers though. Hall can get after the QB

Anyway, the point is we must take a QB at No.2 overall.

There are just way too many teams that need a QB. There is no way we can run through that QB gauntlet and still land either a Trubisky or Watson if you think you can defer it until the 2nd round. Even if you trade up your 2nd round pick it still won't cut it. Let's count them, Browns, Jaguars, Jets, Bears and these are only the teams drafting in the top 10.

Agreed, unless you have secret info about a guy like Falk or the Cal kid, who could both probably be had in the 3rd or later. Would be fine with Trubinski or Watson second, but don't trust our leadership to make the right call. Steve Young available? I think he could see stuff that would help.

Oops, sorry.

Trusting ownership or not. I think no qb on the roster forces to pick up at least two qbs this offseason then bring back Lewis if healthy

With the Eagles win tonight, I'm hoping that gauntlet scares the Browns into taking a QB with the 1st pick now

But, they may trade for Jimmy Garoppolo before the draft.

The south Carolina game Garrett was out and Hall still had 2 sacks I get your reasoning but it's not like we'd be drafting him in the 1st or 2nd...kid has the measurables

I'd still go after Devonte Fields in the 3rd though.
Three of five scouts who spoke with NFL Media indicated that North Carolina redshirt junior QB Mitch Trubisky has the most to gain from his bowl performance.

Trubisky will be facing off with Stanford in the Hyundai Sun Bowl on December 30. One scout believes that "a big game here will start the hype train," while another wants to see how the 6-foot-3, 220-pound redshirt junior handles the spotlight. "He can create a little separation with a big performance," said a third evaluator. Trubisky indicated earlier this week that he had received a first-round draft grade from the college advisory committee. He hasn't officially declared yet -- that figures to come after the Sun Bowl -- but it would be a surprise if he didn't take a jump into the 2017 draft pool when all is said and done.

I think Hall is going to get red flagged at the combine. He has some degenerative shoulder issue that has already been operated on multiple times. His shoulder popped out multiple times this season during games. It's a shame because the kid is talented.

Mitch Trubisky will be a San Francisco 49er, I've never been more sure of a pick.

I can get down with that

Hope your right. I really like the kid.

I see it like this, Browns are drafting number 1 overall followed by either Jacksonville or San Francisco. More likely San Francisco IMO, but it's no secret Myles Garrett is the best player in this draft and can instantly upgrade your defense, so Cleveland goes Garrett #1 overall which leaves Mitch Trubisky. All Trubisky has to do is declare for the draft and he's a 49er, UNLESS!!! Some dumb ass team trades up with the Browns and takes Trubisky #1 overall, which is a win win for the 49ers because guess who's coming off the board next!!!!!!
