Love how Trubisky handles pressure from the defense. He's very elusive & fast, but he's also great at getting rid of the ball quickly w/ zip to avoid sacks & pick up first downs:

Hanging tough in the pocket consistently is something we haven't seen in sf in a long time.
Mitch actually reminds me a lot of Eli Manning in some ways. He runs hot & cold; but when he's hot, he's white-hot.

And this KC/Denver game is why you need a qb...that amazing defense in Denver isn't even gonna make the playoffs this yr.

No qb no chance in this league.
If they are legit I am okay with Trubisky or Garrett.

Denver lost a few members of their defense and they arent close to the team they were last year, their lack of a QB only compounds the issue.

No qb and no running game what so ever killed any chances Denver had to repeat. Their d even not as great as last year is still super bowl caliber but not when you're on the field all the time and have no faith in your offense. Elway will pry away tony romo from Dallas
Rumors are Mitch has smaller hands for a QB. That's a concern if true, We won't know 'til the combine, but if it's true, that's a problem.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say Trubisky's hands are closer to 10"s than Jared Goff and Alex Smith.

That hand size stuff is funny though, you got two QB's who have smaller hands than scouts prefer and they both went #1 overall.

Hand size is a big deal IMO. A QB can still be great without large hands, but smaller-handed QBs tend to fumble more and play worse in harsh weather.

I don't know anything about his hand size, but I'm extremely impressed w/ his play.

I think Trubisky's tendency to rush his passes early on 3rd downs is more of a concern than his hands but that's just me. Trubisky hasn't had a major problem of turning the ball over so (I can't speak for everyone else but) I wouldn't stress too much about hand size.

I'm pretty sure this video answered a lot of questions, at least for me it did.

That defense is still a top 5 D they've scored 23 pts total in the last 3 games

They have two very good WRs and a great HC put a solid qb on that squad and they're right in the thick of playoff falls.

No qb no playoffs

Yup and we will see that offense come alive again...no qb equals stacked boxes and putting more pressure on its defense cause they can't score more than 10 pts.

People who think we can just sit and await on a qb need to stop with that

Where you hearing that? And what's considered small?
