Instead of instantly discounting it. Can you list other 0-4 guys that ended up having successful NFL careers that would give us a reason to disregard these criteria?
I think the presence of those 4 things will not make you a success in the NFL, without the great accuracy and/or decision making. But the absence of those things could put you behind the 8 ball.
