I'm pretty sure Pittsburgh's 3rd stringers can beat the Browns.

Browns will draft Trubisky at 1, and the Niners will take Garrett at 2.

Browns have another Top 10 pick from philly where they can get a QB. Garrett is going 1st unless Allen is phenomenal in the CFP.
If they love Trubisky, they will go for him at 1 though. No way they would risk their draft crush falling any further than #2. If they want a pass rusher they could always pick up the Barnett or Harris with their other top 10 pick. IMO, i think Browns will be trying to get Trubisky and Fournette.

Both Trubisky & Kizer will be gone before the Browns pick again. Unless they trade up from their 2nd pick, they're going to take Trubisky.

I know there is no way the niners are beating Seattle. However, hypothetically, if Cleveland loses and we have no chance at the #1 pick and no chance to lose the #2 pick to Chicago and Jacksonville. Would it be worth it to anyone to not have the 2nd pick in the 2nd and 3rd rounds, (no worse than the 4th pick in each round) if we beat Seattle and knock them out of the playoffs? (If three teams are tied for the 2nd pick, one team will get it in the 1st, one team will get it in the 2nd, and the last team will get it in the 3rd.)

We're not knocking them out of the playoffs. They won the division. So no...

Shucks, your right. I read the website wrong. They miss out on a 1st round bye if they lose. Yeah, not worth it to win then. I guess we will have to lose to them!

Well that's a pretty ignorant statement.

What has Ramsey done this year? Buckner has arguably been our best defensive player this season as a rookie. PFF has Jalen ranked a notch below Tramaine Brock this year.

Long term Ramsey may be the better player but right now I'd say both guys are definitely excellent picks but if I'm picking an all pro DLman or an all pro corner/safety I'm picking the lineman.
You mean this PFF?

Does anyone see the Browns beating the Steelers or Chargers?

Not if the Chargers played like they did today vs. the Raiders.

Trap game against the Steelers, I could see the Browns sneaking up on a division rival.

Can we lose the #2 pick if we win against Seattle today?

I'm almost sure we don't, but I'd like to confirm as well

Reading we would pick 4th if we win with Chicago and Jacksonville leapfrogging us in position since they both lost.

Where did you read that? We have SOS advantage over them so we would pick #2 no matter what.

A 49ers upset of the Seahawks could open other possibilities for San Francisco's place in the draft order, ranging from the No. 2 pick to the No. 4 pick.

That 4th possibility pended on the outcome of the Bears and Jags games. Also us beating the Hawks changes our sos.

This loss was still very important.

If the Niners won they would still have the #2 overall pick. However, they would have cycled picks in other rounds with the Bears and Jags.

Now, the Niners will have the #2 in every round.

I agree just because they don't wanna risk the niners taking him at 2
