Ideally, the niners get Garrett with the third pick as teams go after QBs. Then they look at trading up for their QB or trade with NE.

Chargers - I could see them grabbing Turbinsky late in the 1st and giving him the Aaron Rodgers treatment
Dolphins - Could move on from Tannehill with a high draft pick
San Francisco - Top 3 pick

Perfect list of teams. It's all about supply and demand when it comes to QB's at the top of the draft. We shall see where it all shakes up.
