No- he's a consensus #1 or #2 QB in the draft and the majority of mocks have him going in the top 10. Watson will be drafted after Kizer and he may still be a top 15-20 pick.

Same here, if trubisky, Watson or kizer isn't starting day one for us I'm gonna be extremely pissed. You throw them right in and watch them grow. I don't want kap back being stop gap or sure as hell not gabbert. No decent qb worth a damn would want to be a place holder for the guy picked 2nd overall. Give him weapons and let the young offense learn each other and take their lumps just like Winston, mariotta and Carr

You know what doesn't change....his 58% completion percentage...his 4-8 record his last season there...the lack of bowl game his team is going to play in...

I think he's going to ace the eyeball test because he really does look the role of a top QB physically but his play doesn't...

Right and kizer doesn't lol...besides you have to look at the system he runs which doesn't require him to scan the whole field every pass play...context my man he can only do what the coaching staff ask him to do
