If our QB situation works out under Chip, and we feel like we're set at that position, I would love to add this guy. He seems like a guy, if used properly, would change the whole dynamic of our offense. Plus, winner attitude.

That's where I think the appeal on him is. We know he's not going to give you 20 carries through the tackles.
But you pair him up with a good RB and you can put him in the slot. So many ways. You have a creative play caller then it gets interesting.
Bush wasn't bad, but it was his injuries that really did him in and from there it was downhill for the most part.

FWIW its pretty rare for a RB to average 20 carries a game for a season.

He didn't really say that. He was asked if the Niners traded back would McCaffrey be an option. He said the 49ers liked McCaffrey but in his "personal opinion" they would take Fournette before him.
