Doesn't have very many sacks this year and 4.5 came against a very inferior team.

As long as the 49ers don't f**k it up with any meaningless late season wins and the Browns don't f**k it up by passing on a QB.
I could see the Niners winning one more game but thats it. I feel pretty confident they will get the 2nd pick. I really believe it will come down to how much Cleveland loves Trubisky. If they love the kid they will take him and Garrett will fall to us. If they are not 100% convinced he is a franchise QB then I believe they will grab Garrett.

He has played hurt. Plus, I am pretty sure you could find fault with any prospect coming out whether its Trubisky, Watson, or someone else. Who would you want the Niners to take?

Im not sure yet, I think Garrett is a good prospect but was just surprised by his low sack totals.

The bad ankle injury was the main reason for that.

He was playing on a messed up ankle for much of the season. I'm not positive but that they may have something to do with it. Even on one leg he was still drawing double teams.

Exactly. Bosa also had only 5 sacks last year at OSU. Sack numbers don't tell the whole story.

If there not sold on Trubisky I think they would go Allen. They just drafted Ogbah and Nassib and have lots of depth at DE. My fear is they trade down out of #1 cause moneyball is running the show. And analytics says trading down nets you more quantity and quality. Let's just hope the Browns pull off a win and we land at #1

Yea even with the bad ankle he was getting doubled and even triple teamed on most plays. Not surprised to see the low sack numbers this year. He's definitely improved this year though. Instead of using his athletism to win every time we've gotten to see some great hand usage and new moves that he didn't have last season.

They are playing Jamie Collins at OLB not DE.
