Your ideas I fully support. Taking offense the first four picks is what I'd like but it might piss of the defensive coordinator. Usually, Baalke is fairly balanced in his picks. But if ever there was a year to select heavily for the offense it's coming off this year's disaster of an offense.

The last two years they have weighted the draft toward defense so going heavy offense shouldn't be a problem (7-12 and 6-11).

Simply not too familiar with Paea´s tape yet. I like what Odrick brings as a pass rusher and he would be an upgrade over Jerod-Eddie vs the run.

Nice mock draft, love your posts! One thing though, how realistic of a possibility is it to get Kevin White at our spot?

If no one jumps in front of us I think there is a real chance that Kevin White is on the board when we pick.

A lot of the teams ahead of us have a real need for a QB, Pass Rusher, OL, BPA on Defense, maybe even RB. I would be surprised if neither Cooper, Parker or White make it to 15

Nonetheless IF all 3 are gone here are a few other ones I´m interested in (NOT at 15):

Rashad Greene
Justin Hardy
Jaelen Strong
Sammie Coates
Vince Mayle
DeAndre Smelter

*not sure if D'haquille Williams and Dorial Green-Beckham are gonna declare, torn on Funchess

Now that he declared, should we pull the trigger if he's there?

Comparisons are all over the place on his ability; Calvin Johnson, Randy Moss, AJ Green etc.

Being around Boldin and Gore along with a good WR coach & HC could HOPEFULLY get his head in the right place and develop his potential. I'd also hope Rice could reach out to him like with Jenkins.

I think Baalke and York are right there with you! Could be wrong but it appears they are trying to put character issues behind them.

Like what I see. I rather see us take corner back...but then again we don't hold cb in high regard. So we will take a wr or d-line men ....it will be easier to predict once we get head coach.
`i would've picked another corner instead of either grissom or grayson but its your mok and i like it.

Jared Odrick's name is starting to float around here. What kind of deal do you think it would take to bring him here? Something similar to what Glen Dorsey got in 2013 (6 million/3 years), more, or less?

Prob more along the lines of a 4 year, 16M deal.

IMO - I'd move him to LT Tackle - Staley to RT and ADavis to RG.
Why??? Why do you want to move one of the best LTs in business to RT???????
Davis is fine at RT.

They also have a ton of draft picks this year.

The capacity is there. At the end it comes down to how much A.Brooks is worth on the open market.
They still suck though. And they picked Manziel last year in round 1...for me this is an indication that their GM is a dumbass.

Davis plays lower than Boone and would be a better OG than Boone is...a position he played in college. Boone has the length you look for at OT but not OG, and he stands up too much obscuring the passing lanes. I'm torn about moving Boone to LT and Staley to RT because Staley has been the most consistent lineman and deserves to stay where he is. But Boone is younger and may be a more natural LT than RT (all big ten OT). Staley has proved he can play RT as well as anyone.

Davis is being paid as a RT and moving him would be expensive, but if he became a probowler at RG it would be worth it. It would also give the niners more flexibility to overcome injuries to have them able to play multiple positions.

you don't move pro-bowl guys out of their position. You simply don't. Boone himself played very good at RG the last two seasons, therefore I don't see any reason to move him out either.

Only to move them to their more natural positions and make them even more effective. If everyone thought the way you do Miller would still be playing on defense.
sorry but Miller was a FB from the first day on. Contrary to that, Boone is in his, what, 3rd year at RG here? Staley is an all-pro at LT for several years. Now, you come up with the idea to mix up the o-line just because Boone is more natural at OT?
Sorry but I do trust our coaches who thought that a)Miller should play at FB and b)Staley should stay at LT and Boone is a good RG.
