It all depends on the position of the first round pick. If they pick anything other than CB in the first, you can pretty much write with a large black marker a CB in the second.

Does Austin project as a NT or DE in 3-4?
Dowling looks like a solid 2nd round pick if the 9ers go Miller/Quinn in the 1st. Balke likes size and from what I have read he would project higher in the draft if it wasn't for being injured last year.
