We more pressing needs though I would take Crabtree in a heartbeat but if Oher, A. Smith, Maybin, Orakpo or Raji is there we have to take one of them first.

FALLERS: Texas Tech wide receiver Michael Crabtree. No surprise here, with the stress facture in his foot, Crabtree was unable to showcase his ability at a pro day, which will likely drop him out of the top 10. He also has to battle the history of first-round, wide-receiver busts and the belief that receivers can be found in later rounds.

SF Chronicle
we need to draft crabtree cause vernon wants to play for the dolphins...

He's two inches shorter than expected after being listed as 6'3/214 as a Red Raider. The third-year sophomore plays big, and his tape will take precedent over any measurements. But this is a surprising knock that he'll need to rebound from at his Pro Day, since he is not working out at the Combine. He's currently rehabbing an ankle injury.

The height measurement was a big suprise for many. However, his arm length was extremely long, which was a big relief. At 34 1/4 inches, Crabtree arm length was longer than every WR except two at the combine: the 6'3 5/8" Marko Mitchell (34 1/2 inch length) and the 6'6" Ramses Barden (also 34 1/2"). So, he is shorter than 6'2", but with the arms of someone much, much taller.

good evaluation just like a basketball player he plays bigger than his height indicates. What our chances of getting Crabtree you believe?

Along with each passing day, I think our chances of drafting Michael Crabtree get better and better.
